The SAA179 LCD Monitor Arm provides excellent adjustablity and effortlessly floats LCD or LED monitors. This very compact monitor arm has an angled forearm which preserves the full range of vertical travel as the user moves the arm through its full range of motion. When folded in on itself, positioned at or against the mounting surface, the SAA179 collapses to about 3.75" of depth. When mounted to a horizontal surface that impedes the downward travel of the lifting arm, the SAA179 achieves 8" of vertical range. When mounted to a pole or vertical surface and nothing impedes the downward movement of the lifting arm the arm reaches full range of vertical travel of nearly 10". The arm itself rotates 360° in the mount when not obstructed by outside objects. The tilter head mechanism tilts more than 200°. Maneuver monitors with fingertip ease and achieve maximum mobility in minimum space.
Selecting the Flexible Mount Kit A supplies a configurable desk mount that can be assembled as a thru desk mount, wall mount, or box edge mount. Other more application specific mounts are available and provide a more heavy duty or aesthetic solution. The SAA179 easily handles monitors up to 30" and larger (screen size measured diagonally). The LCD mounting arm is available in three weight ranges. Weigh your monitor without the stand to determine which arm weight range and which tilter head best fits specific monitors.
