Manufacturer offers a LIFETIME WARRANTY covering defects in material or workmanship. The warranty does not extend to any [products that have been damaged as a result of accident, misuse abuse, acts of God or other contingencies beyond the control of the manufacturer, or as the result of service or modification by anyone other than the Manufacture. Manufacturer will repair or replace, at its sole discretion, any product which proves defective in material or workmanship during the limited warranty period. If manufacturer is unable to repair or place a defective product, manufacturer will refund the product's purchase price to purchaser. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by a carrier, nor any alterations of the product not expressly authorized by the manufacturer and in conformance with product specifications and use limitations. |
