  In compliance with OSHA, Health Department and Hospital Infection Control laws and regulations, an antimicrobial agent has been added to Ortho Mats®. All Ortho Mats® have a biocide chemical added to the compound as part of the manufacturing process ensuring that it will not wear or wash off.

  Sizes that are longer than 72" are factory bonded - solvent based cleaners are not recommended since they may weaken the factory bond. 72" x 42" is the largest size recommended for use where daily cleaning is required with strong solvents.

WARRANTY

Manufacturer warrants the Pro-Tech ORTHO MAT™ not to prematurely wear out for two years.

Defects during the warranty period will be repaired or products will be replaced at Pro-Tech Mats Industry's option and expense, not including shipping. Claims must be made within the two year warranty period and must provide proof of purchase.

Exclusions: Pro-Tech Mats Industry and the seller will not be responsible for damage and defects caused by accidents, neglect, misuse, alterations, or failure to properly maintain or clean the product.
