The MSU4x6 is available with a vertical/horizontal reset kit. The kit includes a special slotted Twin Tilter VESA adapter and clamping knob. Once installed the monitor can be adjusted to and from the vertical or horizontal position by removing the clamping knob, resetting the monitor and then screwing in the clamping knob. Installing and resetting this mount requires two adults.
