Winston Desk™ is a sit-stand desktop workstation that features an upper work and display surface and a retracting lower keyboard and mouse platform. Nested under the right side of the top work surface is a single handle to release from sitting to standing height (5.4 up to 18.4 inches). The gas-spring lift mechanism glides the workstation from position to position with minimal effort. While being easy to move, it still holds up to 35 pounds of equipment, including monitors and mounting devices such as stands or arms and a keyboard and mouse. The desk stays steady and stable thanks to strong support from its base. The Winston Desk™ is the ideal solution for anyone wanting sit-stand capabilities and simply superior performance. The workstation rests on an existing work surface with no additional equipment necessary. There is no assembly required - it ships ready-to-use. You can be ready to work within minutes of opening the box.
Monitors can be mounted on the upper desk surface in a variety of ways. They can simply rest on the worksurface on a free standing monitor stand or can be clamped to the rear of the desk with a desk-clamp monitor mount. In addition, the desk surface has a .5" bolt-thru hole, perfect for mounting a thru-desk mounted Ergomart monitor arm. See our Desk-Mounted Monitor Stands page for these and other options. The upper worksurface is available in two sizes: 36" and 42". The 36" offers two options: the standard and the corner desk model. The corner desk model offers an upper platform with edges that more easily fit within a cubicle or an L-shaped desk. All three versions of the Winston Desk™ are available in both black and white finishes.
