Mounting your Apple Cinema Arm can be tricky, get the right information ahead of time and avoid headaches.

For typical office desks, attachment is usually easy using a C-Clamp type mount - no drilling, no fancy tools...just make sure your desk has enough of a lip (the distance between the table skirt or similar obstruction and the table edge). If you have molding on the desk edge that tapers down, your desk may not be suitable for an edge clamp. If you are not sure, just email or call us at 888-420-3200. REMEMBER, the CDA-2718 has a FLEX MOUNT kit that adapts to most every vertical or horizontal surface application while the CDA-4229 comes with only ONE HEAVY DUTY USE-SPECIFIC mount, which must be chosen at the time you place your order.
