CONFLICT MINERALS POLICY STATEMENT

Ergomart is committed to supporting the goals embodied within the U.S. Conflicts Minerals Rules as mandated by the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. We actively work to avoid the use of 3TG conflict minerals sourced from the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and the adjoining countries. Ergomart makes reasonable and ongoing efforts to ensure that products that contain columbite-tantalite (tantalum), cassiterite (tin), wolframite (tungsten), and gold (collectively, “3TG”), enter our supply chain from sources other than non-certified mines in the DRC covered countries. While Ergomart does not directly purchase raw minerals, nor source any minerals or raw materials directly from smelters, we are committed to complying with the reporting requirements under the conflict minerals rule.
