C) When required by law or court order, or as requested from law enforcement authorities, or in the good faith belief that disclosures may be necessary or advisable including and without limitation to protect the rights, properties or personal safety of, or commence or defend any claims, demands or legal proceedings by or against the Company, its officers, employees, subcontractors, agents, affiliates, and/or subsidiaries. Ergomart shall not be liable to its customers or to any third party as a result of such disclosure of data for any of the above described purposes.
Should Ergomart be purchased by a corporation, group or individual, our terms of sale will include a provision that guarantees the above described privacy protection remain in effect and perpetual for those who have purchased products from Ergomart while these provisions were originally in effect and until the date of the sale when a new policy may be developed or when and if this policy is amended.

To receive a list of your personal data/information that has been retained, please email email@example.com and request the SUBJECT ACCESS REQUEST FORM. You will receive a confirmation of receipt of your request within three non-holiday USA business days.
REQUESTING PERSONAL DATA
The information requested in the SUBJECT ACCESS REQUEST FORM must be provided, along with proof of identity. A copy of personal data will be provided within one month after your correctly documented Subject Access Request Form has been received by Ergomart. Should additional information be required in order to identify the data subject within our systems, it may take longer to complete your request.
DELETING PERSONAL DATA
You have the Right to Erasure (‘Right to be Forgotten’), Art. 17 GDPR, and have your data removed from our database, excluding circumstances where we must retain data to meet federal legal obligations as a business or to retain evidence of transactions.
