Ergomart backs all of our products up with a commitment to customer satisfaction. If the product is defective, we will replace the item or refund your full purchase price on any SINGLE NON-CUSTOM item you purchase from us—we will refund your money upon receipt of the returned item at no charge with the following rules and exceptions:
1) There are no refunds for Overnight, Second Day or other expedited or special shipping charges on any product under any circumstance except when the product does not arrive when promised (in writing on sales order), when the product is proven to be damaged by the shipper, the product is lost by the shipper, or the product is patently defective and temporarily usable. It is at the customer's risk as to whether or not the product will perform appropriately for its intended purpose in as far as expedited shipping charges are concerned.
2) Multiple Purchases of same item: If the customer buys two or more of the same item and decides to return the products because it does not meet the requirements for the intended purpose, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of the product both to and back on all products beyond the first unit. When buying a product for the first time, we always recommend that the customer try one and then buy more once the product proves to be suitable for the intended use. Ergomart will make every effort to provide the initial unit available as rapidly as possible.
You must request authorization to return (RMA) your product within 15 days of its original shipment. Products must be returned to Ergomart within 30 days of the original ship date. We ship from several warehouses and manufacturing facilities and the product may not necessarily be returned to the shippers' address on the original box. Call Ergomart for a RMA (Return of Material Authorization). The cost of return shipping is paid for (and arranged by) Ergomart only if the product is defective. In all circumstances, the returned item must be shipped back in its original packaging material in new condition. Products that are returned missing parts, without original packaging, or without original packing slip will be assessed additional costs to replace missing parts or literature.
If you decide you do not want the product (for reasons unrelated to defects) the restocking fee is 20% plus shipping charges.
If the product was originally shipped via Quick-Ship, you must pay for cost of the original shipping PLUS a 10% restocking fee if the product performs as advertised and you have decided you do not want it.
CUSTOM / NON RETURNABLE ITEMS
MOST chairs and tables are considered custom non returnable items. At its discretion, Ergomart may agree to accept returns on certain custom products at higher restocking fees and on a case by case basis. Please call us if you are interested in purchasing a custom product and wish to understand what your options may be in the event that the product is unacceptable for your purposes for reasons other than product performance. Certain custom products may be ordered in a configuration that allows us to accept them back.
Please return the product in its original new condition and shipping container or carton. Please do not attempt to return products without obtaining an emailed or faxed authorization (RMA) from an Ergomart representative.
