The Winston-E single monitor workstation is the ideal solution for any user who wants the ergonomic benefits of a sit-to-stand workstation without replacing any existing equipment. The workstation sits on a wide platform that keeps the device stable while in use. The height is adjusted with the touch of a button located at the front of the Utility Tray. The work platform and monitor together have a 18" height range. A preferred standing height can be saved to the device, allowing the user to return the workstation to the stored height with a single button press.
The monitor's height can be adjusted independently over a 12" range for a maximum monitor height of 37" from the base. The monitor's focal depth and tilt can be adjusted for the ideal viewing position whether sitting or standing. The Winston-E supports monitors and desktop items totaling up to 40 lb in weight. For instance, if your keyboard and mouse weigh 1 lb, the monitor can weigh as much 39 lb.
The workstation has two platform options - the standard 30" x 22" (width x depth) or compact 30" x 16" (width x depth) platform for users with limited desk space. Both platforms provide a convenient storage tray located at the rear of the surface that can store and keep safe smaller items such as keys, phones or pens. The buttons to control the height of monitor and worksurface are located on the front of this tray. Cables can be routed through clips located on each side of the stand, keeping cords organized and out of the way.
The Winston-E sit-stand workstation is also available in Winston-E Dual and Winston-E Triple monitor setups. Ergomart's Dorian Single, Dorian Dual, Dorian Triple and Dorian Quad monitor workstations offer similar sit-stand capabilities with user-powered height adjustment at a reduced cost.
