Ergomart's Dual Heavy Duty Pole Mount is an integral part of the SERIES-118 system. This mount is compatible with poles that have outside diameters (OD) ranging from 1.375” to 2” and accommodates all monitor arms, stands, workstations, and extensions in the SERIES-118 catalog on the two outside attachment points.
The MKIT-J2 is built for durability and can withstand rigorous use. Installation is straightforward: align the clamp on the pole and fasten it using four socket head cap screws.
Two Options: The J2L and J2U
The MKIT-J2 is available in two models:
- The MKIT-J2L is tailored for Ergomart’s PM192 poles but can also be used on any compatible pole with an outer diameter between 1.91" and 2.0".
- The MKIT-J2U is a versatile pole mount that comes with a set of spacers and extra longer screws, making it adaptable to a broader range of pole diameters, from 1.375" to 2.0".
MKIT-J2: Enhanced and Improved
The MKIT-J2 is the upgraded version of the original Mounting Kit J, offering several improvements over its predecessor, including:
- Flexibility: Compatible with a wider scope of pole diameters, from 1.375" to 2.0" (as opposed to 1.5”-2.0” for MKIT-J).
- Installation ease: Enhanced thread engagement simplifies the process of securing the mount to the pole.
- Cost: Both models of the MKIT-J2 are offered at a lower price point compared to the original MKIT-J.

Pole Mount Adapter Kit
This pole mount adapter kit converts the MKIT-E2L and MKIT-J2L to the MKIT-E2U and MKIT-J2U in order to fit a wider range of pole diameters, from 1.375" to 2.0".

Will your mount kits work with 3rd party arms?

Is there a way that I remove my arm and just put the tilter head in to the mount kit?
No and Yes. Since the tilter head pin is a smaller size than the arm pin, you would not be able to do that without installing an adapter bushing into the mount. Contact Ergomart if you wish to purchase the adapter.

Can I adjust the height on the pole?
You will need to remove the arm and its payload before resetting the height of MKIT J

Do I need anything to adapt this to the arms/extensions I'm buying?
This mount will hold our articulating monitor arms and heavy duty extensions HDEXT. It will not hold a tilter head with a 3/4" pin unless you order a separate adapter bushing through an Ergomart representative.
