Mounting Kit E2: Heavy Duty Pole Mounting Kit

Ergomart's Heavy Duty Pole Mount is a key component of the SERIES-118 system. It attaches to poles with outside diameters (OD) between 1.375” and 2” and accepts all the monitor arms, stands, workstations and extensions in the SERIES-118 catalog. Additional devices such as CPUs and secondary monitors can be attached to the back of MKIT-E2. Multiple HD Pole Mounts can be used to create custom pole mounted workstations.

MKIT-E2 is a heavy-duty product and will stand up to the toughest environments. Installation is easy: simply position the clamp and secure it with four socket head cap screws.

Two Options: The E2L and E2U

The MKIT-E2 comes in two variants:

• The MKIT-E2L is designed for Ergomart’s PM192 poles and can also be installed on any third party pole with an outer diameter between 1.91" and 2.0"
• The MKIT-E2U is a universal pole mount. It includes a set of spacers and additional longer screws that allows it to fit a much wider range of pole outside diameters, from 1.375" to 2.0".

If you already have MKIT-E2L and would like to use it with a smaller diameter pole, you may simply purchase a spacer kit from the accessories tab.

MKIT-E2: Updated and Upgraded

Mounting Kit E2 is the second generation design of the original Mounting Kit E. MKIT-E2 improves on the previous design in a variety of ways, including:

• Versatility: Fits an expanded range of pole outside diameters, from 1.375" to 2.0" (vs. 1.5”-2.0” for MKIT-E)
• Ease of installation: Improved thread engagement allows the screws to more easily secure the mount to the pole.
• Additional accessory support: The design now includes an attachment point for an additional component such as a CPU, thin client, UPS, additional monitor or other device to the back of the mount.
• Cost: Both versions of the MKIT-E2 are available at a lower price point than the original MKIT-E.
