MCART-EZ COMPLETE KITS
With the large catalogs of both the Direct Pole Mounts and SERIES-118 Modular Mounting at the user’s disposal, the possibilities for customization and configurability for an MCART Mobile Cart system are nearly endless. In order to make assembling an MCART unit easier, Ergomart has designed three EZ Complete Kits for common applications and monitor mounting layouts. These three systems can be purchased and used as-is, or further modified using the Direct Pole and SERIES-118 modular components to fine-tune and tailor to specific applications. MCART-EZ2 Dual Monitor Cart
The MCART-EZ2 Dual Monitor Cart provides independent monitor tilt, swivel, and portrait/landscape rotation for 2 side-by-side VESA-compatible monitors. In a flat configuration, the monitor beam can handle a maximum of two monitors up to 28.5” in width. When curved inwards, the maximum width is reduced to 27”. The attached monitors can weigh up to 30 pounds each and can be placed anywhere along the 30” PM62 dual monitor beam mount. In addition, the beam itself can be placed anywhere along the pole for optimal viewing height. The cart comes standard with a 5-foot pole. A flexible handle sits behind the monitors to facilitate unit movement.

The MCART-EZ3 Dual Monitor Cart provides independent monitor tilt, swivel, and portrait/landscape rotation for 3 side-by-side VESA-compatible monitors. In a flat configuration, the monitor beam can handle a maximum of two monitors up to 27” in width. When curved inwards 20 degrees, the maximum width is reduced to 24” for monitors with a bezel depth of 2”. The attached monitors can weigh up to 30 pounds each and can be placed anywhere along the three-section, articulating PM63 triple monitor beam mount. In addition, the beam itself can be placed anywhere along the pole for optimal viewing height. The cart comes standard with a 5-foot pole. A flexible handle sits behind the monitors to facilitate unit movement.

MCART-EZ12 Triple 1-Over-2 Monitor Floor Stand
The MCART-EZ3 Dual Monitor Cart provides independent monitor tilt, swivel, and portrait/landscape rotation for 3 VESA-compatible monitors arranged in a 1-over-2 or 2-over-1 configuration. When the dual beam’s monitors are flat, it can handle widths up to 28.5”. When tilted in, the maximum width is reduced to 27”. The only size restriction for the single monitor is the bezel edge hitting the edges of the monitors attached to the dual beam. However, each beam can be attached anywhere along the pole, providing ample room for a large monitor. Regardless of the attached location, the maximum monitor weight is 30 pounds each. The cart comes standard with a 5-foot pole. A flexible handle sits behind the monitors to facilitate unit movement.

The EZ Complete Kits are a tiny sample of what is possible to build with the MCART Mobile Cart system. The Direct Pole and SERIES-118 modular mounting devices have a myriad of peripheral-mounting options that include horizontal and/or vertical adjustment, varying weight capacities, multi-monitor mounting and accessories such as scanner brackets and handles. These components can be combined with the EZ Complete Kits to build a more complex, finely-tuned system that works best with a specific application.
