FLUSH MOUNTS

The family of modular Roller Track (RT) Flush Mounts allows users the ability to install screens as close as possible to the RT Rail while offering useful features such as monitor rotation and tilt, a brake mechanism to immobilize mounts as needed, quick release capability for monitor installation and servicing and monitor rotation stops to help maintain the desired alignment.

All variants of the RT Flush Mounts have extensive VESA support, from 75x75 mm to 400x600 mm, thus providing a wide coverage of available monitors and other compatible equipment. All Flush mounts can be configured with either a 6” Lift and Shift Positioner mount, or a 12” Sliding Trolley mount. The 6” Lift and Shift Positioner is ideal for occasional monitor or equipment repositioning along the rail, whereas the 12” Sliding Trolley is more suited for heavier payloads being moved freely along the track. Optional brake components help keep the mount securely in place when desired. They are engaged by turning a knurled bolt head.

The Roller Track Flush Mounts are grouped into three configurable products: the Movable/Sliding Flush Monitor Mount (RT-FLUSH), the Quick-Release Movable/Sliding Monitor Mount (RT-FLUSH-QR) and the Movable Tilting Monitor Mounts for the Roller Track (RT-ST632). Their features are summarized below.

MOVABLE/SLIDING FLUSH MONITOR MOUNT (RT-FLUSH)

The Movable/Sliding Flush Monitor Mount (RT-FLUSH) offers a low-profile monitor mounting solution with a slim footprint which can handle an impressive weight capacity. The 6” Lift and Shift Positioner option can be set along any part of the RT Track, making it ideal for occasional repositioning of equipment up to 100 lbs. The 12” Sliding Trolley offers a significant improvement in mobility and weight capacity, being able to move up to 125 lbs effortlessly along the track via ball bearing wheels. Optional trolley brake and wire management brackets offer additional flexibility and control over payload position and presentation.

RT-FLUSH 6" LIFT AND SHIFT POSITIONER

Users can position the RT-Flush mount anywhere along the RT Track
This mount is most suited for objects and equipment that may only be occasionally repositioned along the RT Track
Adjustment of mount position is as simple as lifting the payload, moving to desired position, and releasing
The RT Flush mount on 6” positioner is rated for equipment up to 100 lb

RT-FLUSH 12" GLIDING ROLLER TROLLEY

Trolley effortlessly rolls along the RT-Track using ball bearing wheels
Trolley is best suited for equipment needing frequent lateral adjustment or movement along the RT-Rail
Adjustment along the rail is achieved by simply pushing the device to the desired position
12” Trolley is designed to handle payloads up to 125 lb

OPTIONAL BRAKE FOR RT FLUSH MOUNTS

The bracket that enables the brake and wire management features is optional
The brake inhibits unintended equipment movement along the RT-Track
Lock and disengage the brake by turning a knurled bolt head
The brake can also be adjusted with a 5/32 allen socket to access behind monitors when adjustment is needed

OPTIONAL WIRE MANAGEMENT FASTENERS FOR RT FLUSH MOUNTS

The optional bracket provides a means to attach a drag chain designed to contain wires and protect them from damage
Drag chain and troughs sold separately
Helps protect cables and other sensitive equipment components when the track is in use

QUICK-RELEASE MOVEABLE/SLIDING MONITOR MOUNT (RT-FLUSH-QR)

The Quick-Release Movable/Sliding Monitor Mount (RT-FLUSH-QR) offers low-profile VESA compliant monitor mounting with the added flexibility of being able to swiftly and easily attach and remove monitors and other mounted equipment individually from the RT Rail without disturbing any adjacent objects. Each mount is equipped with our Monolok Quick-Release device featuring instant adjustment between landscape and portrait monitor orientations, and the ability to detach by simply pulling a release strap. An optional security screw can be installed to prohibit unauthorized detachment of devices from the rail without a special screw bit.

MONOLOK QUICK-RELEASE ATTACHMENT

Simply align, engage and drop VESA component of the Monolok Quick Release device into its receiver to securely attach the monitor to the track

Low-Profile, Tilting, Moveable Monitor Mount (RT-ST632)

Our Movable Tilting Monitor Mounts for the Roller Track (RT-ST632) allow users to have a low-profile monitor mounting solution with the option to set preferred viewing angles between 5° up and 15° down and is lockable with the adjustment of a thumbscrew. This sturdy, rugged mount offers mounting capabilities of up to 115 lbs, placing the back of the display at just 3.67" from the mounting surface. The display adapter slots directly into the RT Rail track mount's receiver for convenient and easy monitor installation and removal.

RT-ST632 6” LIFT AND SHIFT POSITIONER

Position anywhere along the track
For equipment not intended to be moved often from it’s position along the rail
Adjustment is as simple as lifting the payload, moving into position, and releasing
This mount is rated to take on payloads up to 100 lbs

RT-ST632 12” GLIDING ROLLER TROLLEY

RT-ST632 EASY ATTACHMENT/REMOVAL

Simply slide the monitor adapter plate into place by inserting the clips into the receiving slots
Secure brackets together using the included M5 screw
Detach by removing the locking screw and lifting the device upwards
Theft-deterrent security screw and bit kit option available

RT-ST632 TILT ANGLE ADJUSTMENT

Tilt can be adjusted 15° forward and -5° back to optimize viewing angle
Tilt angle is locked in place by tightening the thumbscrew to the side
